Welcome to the Ramallah Science and Technology City (R.S.T.C) International Design Competition

Ramallah Science and Technology City (R.S.T.C), located in Ramallah city, will offer an interactive learning space year-round with activities and programs that target the entire community of all ages. It will be the one place the entire family can visit to enjoy their time while learning and experiencing science informally. It will also be a hub for educational school trips, science festivals and community activities.

Additionally, it will serve as a research and training centre for science educators locally and regionally. It will offer a holistic, inclusive, informal, educational and scientific experience to all members of society. RSTC will change the stigma and stereotype that scientific knowledge is difficult, and only those who dedicate their lives to it can understand it. It will accomplish that through exhibitions, multimedia productions, community programs, and much more that will target children, youth and adults of all professions. The content it will offer will answer big science questions but will also allow people to experience and enjoy simple ideas in science and technology. Ultimately, children and families will make a connection between science and real-life situations that will make scientific and technological knowledge relevant and present in their day to day lives.
